Founded in Lebanon in the year 2000, BEAR is a pioneering real estate company offering comprehensive real estate services.

In 2009, BEAR expanded its scope by establishing BEAR Holding and entering the development field and introduced the “Loft Concept” to Lebanon through the innovative residential project Factory 4376, located in the heart of Beirut setting new standards in contemporary urban living.

Building on its momentum, BEAR expanded into real estate consultancy and development in Cyprus, strengthening its regional presence through exclusive marketing and sales agreements with key industry players under the BEAR REAL ESTATE brand

In 2020, BEAR REAL ESTATE developed "BY THE BAY", a collection of 33 villas in Protaras, followed in 2021 by "BAYVIEW VILLAS", a development of 20 villas. In 2022, the company marked another milestone with the launch of "Bayview Terraces" in Kapparis, Cyprus and “Urban Dream” in Larnaca.
