Palaiomylos is a village in the Limassol district, erected on the southern slopes of Troodos, 42 kilometers from the city of Limassol. It is a part of the Marathasas suburbs. It was constructed at a typical altitude of 1040 meters and numerous little streams of the river Dhiarizos, cut through the region’s terrain. The communities of Lemithou in the northwest, Prodromos in the north, and Agios Dimitrios in the southwest are all linked to Palaiomylos.
The settlement was established throughout the Turkish rule and is likely one of the newest communities in Cyprus. Tradition holds that the "palio mylo" (ancient watermill) that was there in the region before Palaiomylos was founded, is responsible for the village's name. What is really breathtaking in the village is the striking mountain folk architecture.
The real estate market in the village is replete with a wide range of properties such as traditional and perhaps more modern houses, villas, bungalows, and plots of land. Browse our listing and find your dream property among 0 hoteles available alquilar in Palaiomylos.
